Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR)
NMR determines the structure of organic compounds in the various stages of drug development, Bio-macro molecules and metabonomics. Of all the spectroscopic methods, it is the only one for which a complete analysis and interpretation of the entire spectrum is normally expected.
Sample Requirement: Solid (100 mg), Liquid (200-500µl)
Sample Extraction & Purification: If extraction has to be done by us it will charged extra (Please Click here for the details of Extractions).
Report will contain: Spectral Database, Confirmation of Structure by 1D and 2D spectra, NMR intensity and Chemical Shift differences, Compound list of suitable intensities provided by Instrument.
Standard: In-built flame is present with the instruments which analyse the present element.
