THE INSTRUMENT

The CAMAG Linomat 5 serves as an automated sample applicator, ensuring precision in sample placement on the chromatographic plate.
The CAMAG Scanner 3 is a crucial element for high-resolution densitometric scanning, enabling accurate quantification of separated compounds.
The CAMAG Visualiser plays a pivotal role in visualizing separated zones under different light conditions.
VisionCat software facilitates data acquisition and analysis, enhancing the overall efficiency of the chromatographic process. The CAMAG Chromatogram Development device ensures controlled plate saturation and homogeneity.
The CAMAG Derivatisation chamber enables chemical modifications for specific compound visualisation.

  1. Samples will be required in ready to inject condition

  2. The statdard to be used in Quantitative/Qualitative analysis has to be supplied by the candidate itself

  3. All the pre-processing, Extractions or treatment has to be done by candidate itself 

  4. Any pre-processing or extraction done at CytoGene, Lab will be charged extra

  5. Confirm the availability of pre-processing or extraction facility before sending the sample

We provide chromatogram generated as a HPTLC output which can be analysed as per need.

The graph of standard and samples will be imposed to know the overlapping peaks. (If opted qualitative)

We provide Images under fluorescence light, 254nm and 366nm to understand the results more in-depth.

CALIBRATION GRAPH

 

Calibration graph of standard will be provided only in case of quantitative analysis to know the concentration of targeted compound

  1. No separate interpretation will be provided other than than the mentioned data.

SF 144  Running of Quantitative HPTLC with standard - ₹4,500/- up to 4 samples + Standard in 3 lane (Standard has to be provided by candidate itself, each standard will run at 3 different concentration)​

Note:

  1. GST (18 % ) will be applicable on total billing amount. 

  2. Extra 10 % off on each categories will be applicable to the samples coming from the Institution having MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with us.

  3. Standard for the Quantitative analysis has to be supplied by the candidate only.
