Hands-on-Training

on

"Biotechnological Instrumentation"

CytoGene offers training in Biotechnology. Student can avail Hands-on-training of basic techniques at a nominal charges. The duration of the programs offered for 7, 15 & days havin techniques of Microbiology,

Molecular Biology, Biochemistry & Enzyme Technology.

TRAINING  INCLUDES

1. CHEMICAL CALCULATION AND REAGENT PREPARATION

This includes a thorough summarisation of fundamentals of calculation required during training. This helps the candidate to gain basic knowledge on Molarity, Normality etc.

3. LABORATORY WORK AND PERFORMING EXPERIMENTS

Students has to perform one by one all the listed experiments in any chooses modules, supervisor will instruct throughout training. The laboratory work has to be performed by students only on individual basis. Supervisor will not perform any experiments on behalf of candidate.

5. REVIEW OF COMPLETE WORK AND Q&A SESSION

A review of the complete work will be done by supervisor to ensure all the work done and findings are grasped by the candidates. There will be a question and answer session also to clear all the doubts and queries (if any).

2.  DISCUSSION ON GOOD LABORATORY PRACTICES

Before proceeding for any laboratory work  the adaptation of good laboratory practices is needed to ensure better handling of instruments and reagents. We compel to adapt the GLP inside the lab.

4. DAILY RECORD OF WORK DONE IN LABORATORY MANUAL

All the results obtained during the work must be managed in very organised form with complete analysis. A manual will be provided by CytoGene at the beginning of training itself. The daily output of experiments have to be filled in this manual.

6. REPORT PREPARATION AND CERTIFICATE DISTRIBUTION

A compilation of entire work in the form of report has to be prepared by every student. All the results and finding has to be added in it along with the analysis (If any)  by the students under constant guidance of supervisor
